Who We Are

Our goal is simple – to reduce the time you spend worrying about your information technology (IT) infrastructure to almost nothing. At Sommet Group we are a full service IT company that specializes in helping companies overcome technology related obstacles. We offer hardware and software consulting, network and personal computer design, build, and repair, as well as network security and remote backup. We have been in business seven years and have clients in almost every sector – from manufacturing, medical, local government, non-profit, real estate, retail and restaurant.

What We Do

Repair PC’s either onsite or at our location. Build and sell custom PC’s out of our retail centers – called IT Xpress. Set up and monitor business networks. Remotely administer and host client data. Etcetera. We offer a wide variety of services to all types of businesses. One of our greatest strengths is our ability to communicate in plain English to our clients.

What We Don’t Do

We don’t try to confuse an issue by using technobabble. We don’t perform any service that is unneeded. We don’t use scare tactics to sell services just for the sake of selling. We don’t allow our clients to be ‘in the dark’ when it comes to their technology; we try to keep all of our clients abreast of trends that may affect their business. We refuse to price gouge, as we believe that our commitment to customer service and our excellent skill set will reward us with repeat business. We don’t do business out of our cars nor do we do business out of our home garage. We are not hobbyists, we are professionals. This means we do it right. There are many choices in this market, and we are not the cheapest, we will not compete based on price alone. When looking for someone to manage something as important as the technology that runs your business, it's best to base that judgment on competency, technical skills, certifications and recommendations of other business owners. Not on price.
